Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please get in touch with us via our contact page or email sthcoastleather@icloud.com to receive return approval and our return shipping address.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If you have changed your mind.
  • Any item with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Refunds should appear in your account in approximately 5 – 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days, contact your original payment method provider to investigate further, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. However, if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@southcoastleather.com.au, and we will provide you with a return address.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift, please note that we can only send the refund to the original method of payment the gift giver used.

Return Shipping

You will be provided with a return shipping address once you have contacted us to request return approval.

Please do not ship a product back to us without first contacting us and receiving return approval.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
